Cleo Magazine 1999

It all began with a phone call from a pro Mistress in Sydney whom had come to Melbourne as a visiting Domme at the Dungeons of L&D. “Electra, Cleo Magazine has contacted me and they want to do an interview. I’m already doing one with Cosmopolitan, would you be interested?

I pondered for a split second and said of cause I am Natalya. I had been managing the Dungeons of L&D for a little while and it was back then the best set up in Melbourne, this would be the perfect chance to show it off.

What I didn’t expect was how this interview would be the start of shaping my career as a World Renown Professional Dominatrix .

The interview was done by a lovely woman, I meet her at the front of Lucrizia & De Sade, dressed in my fetish attire, a full face of make up and my hair done up.

I took her up stairs to the Dungeon, showed her around, spoke about some of the equipment and furniture then we sat in the kitchen and spoke for a long while about all things kink and being a Dominatrix.

I was about 6 years in to my career and in my mid 20’s with a huge ego and no sense for time.

The photo shoot was done a week after. Fifi my dedicated French maid was all done up in her finest and ready to be in service. I however rocked up late and not feeling the best, but with a lick of paint and some hair switches I was ready to play.

They had provided a male model whom had a six pack that was rip for washing my knickers on, but not into kink at all. Though he was a good sport and let me drop hot wax on him and tug at his nipple. Which his reactions entertained the photographer and assistance.

The article ended up being nine pages long and came out as a sealed section.

People seem to like a sealed section, as the magazine sold out quickly. In rolled the request for radio interviews etc… I refused all offers on the grounds of not wanting to be edited in a way that they twisted my words.

From that moment on, I had people come up to me asking if I was the Mistress from the Cleo sealed section, and that they didn’t think I was real. The magazine ended up in many medical waiting rooms around Australia sitting there for many years and I seem to have influenced many people on their journey into kink.

Doing this interview launched my career into the Fetish World.

A big thank you to Natalya xo

P.s. for those of you whom want to read it, I’ll have a PDF ready for you soon to read.
